Originally conceived as a high-end tourist accommodation with a nine-bed capacity, the place features architecture and spaces particularly suited to photography, brand shoots, advertising campaigns, and filming. The architectural approach combines wood / steel, large openings, volumes and wellness spaces, notably: • a large living area that is particularly bright; • an indoor pool; • a jacuzzi ; • a sauna ; • different interior spaces allowing to vary the atmospheres ; • exterior spaces and a preserved natural environment ; • the possibility of directly housing part of the team or models on site. • the possibility of adjoining nearly 10,000 m² of exterior space including a pond. The appeal of the place lies notably in the ability to create several atmospheres and sequences in a single location, without having to travel between different sets.
