Red brick farmhouse typical of the North of France, completely renovated, our house offers a nice mix between the authenticity of the original materials (timber frame, bricks, cement tiles, ceiling beams) and a contemporary renovation with industrial and bohemian accents. A double quarter-turn staircase with a black metal structure and wooden steps in the entrance, which dominates the house.
Furnishings mixing workshop pieces (workbench, old desk) and contemporary furniture. Soft colors: white, sage green, ochre and natural wood tones. Careful decoration including vegetal elements and accessories in natural fibers (rattan, wicker).
4500m² of exterior with character outbuildings and large landscaped spaces: pool, 80m² semi-covered terrace, barn on a concrete slab of 120m², fully enclosed square courtyard with horse stalls, cottage garden with greenhouse, veranda, paddock and pasture with wooden fences. Also presence of animals: horses, sheep, rabbits, chickens etc... (Possibility of photoshoots)
