Nestled in the heart of the Megève mountains, this former mill and sawmill dating from the 18th century has been transformed into an elegant space with an industrial style, offering an atypical setting for the realization of audiovisual projects.

This 100 m² space with a unique architectural design benefits from abundant natural light. The mixture of raw materials such as wood and metal creates an atmosphere that is both modern and authentic, reflecting Megève. The 50 m² terrace facing east also allows you to enjoy an exceptional view of the mountains.

From Monday to Friday, this space is a coworking and catering venue. As a result, you have the existing furniture at your disposal and can arrange the room to your liking (armchairs, large and small tables, chairs, banquettes, high tables, etc.). You can connect to our Bluetooth speakers to create the ambiance you want and, on request, we can equip the room with a projector as well as a white screen. The high-speed WIFI connection guarantees fast Internet access for the duration of your rental.

A large private parking lot is available right in front of our room. Note that the kitchen is not available and the venue cannot host your technical teams. However we can arrange nearby accommodation on request.

Located a few minutes from the center of Megève, our space is easily accessible. The proximity of the A40 motorway allows quick access from major cities, while offering an exceptional natural setting. Count on a 1h10 drive from Geneva, 1h15 from Annecy, 1h45 from Grenoble, 2h30 from Lyon.

A catering service is available within our premises and offers all types of culinary services. This service must be booked in advance.
