Welcome to our architect-designed chalet from the 1960s, in the Chamonix Valley.

Our house stands out for a few unique features: architecture and furniture typical of the 60s-70s, a slate floor in the main room, exposed beams, warm wood paneling, large indoor and outdoor spaces, large bay windows with a direct view of the Mont Blanc range.

The house is built on 3 levels in the middle of a wooded 4500 m² plot:

• on the garden level, a large modular room of 45 m²
• on the ground floor, a large living room of 50 m² with bay windows and a fireplace area; a separate kitchen; a balcony facing the mountain
• on the 1st floor, 5 bedrooms including 3 with balcony access and direct view of the mountain (bedroom areas: 22 m², 20 m², 15 m², 17 m², 12 m²), 2 vintage bathrooms
