Wooden house built in 2019 in Grosrouvre (78490) according to the principles of eco-design and limitation of energy consumption, a perfect location for your film shoots, advertisements, clips and photo shoots focused on sustainable development and ecology.
Very bright thanks to its large bay windows opening onto a 50m2 terrace and a 3600m2 garden.
The available space of 70 m2 on one level gives direct access to the terrace and the garden via a bay window which opens completely.
This single-unit space is divided into 2 areas:

Living room with screen, video projector and sound system
This house offers all the internet connections necessary for live work sessions or for post-production on site.
In its daily configuration, our house offers a large table with 8 indoor seats and 2 outdoor garden rooms with 4 seats each.
On request, we can install a large table with 8, 16 or 20 seats indoors or outdoors.
