Ground to Grow offers 130 m² distributed across two spaces: a 45 m² café-restaurant and a 50 m² practice room bathed in natural light thanks to its zenithal skylight, with its authentic stone walls.
Fully configurable, the practice room adapts to all your projects: yoga, pilates, dance, meditation, breathing or wellness workshops, sophrology, urban retreats, creative events… Equipped with yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, Pilates balls, blankets, EVA floor mats, black individual mats, high-speed WiFi and fixed & portable speakers.
