14th-Century Fortified Castle

Dating from the 14th century and listed as a Historic Monument, this medieval estate offers a unique and authentic setting for your audiovisual productions.

Situated on the border between Ariège and Haute-Garonne, just 45 minutes from Toulouse, the estate comprises the castle and its outbuildings, which once housed stables, cellars and various production spaces.

Its architecture, preserved spaces and natural environment make it an ideal place to host photo shoots, film shoots, series, commercials, music videos, or artistic projects, particularly for worlds evoking the Middle Ages, the 17th and 18th centuries.

The exteriors

The castle is nestled at the heart of a 2-hectare park, notably home to ancient trees. The Arize river runs along the entire property and brings a particularly fresh and peaceful atmosphere year-round. The park is maintained year-round by a landscape gardener and benefits from an irrigation system during the summer, ensuring well-kept and verdant exteriors, perfectly suited to outdoor shoots and filming.

The interiors:

The castle The castle revolves around an inner courtyard of 500 m², clad with grape leaves and adorned with twinkling lights, creating a warm and distinctive atmosphere. The courtyard serves the two wings of the castle: the reception wing and the dwelling wing.

The dwelling comprises: 8 bedrooms, some kept in their original state and others renovated in 2025 by designers; 5 bathrooms; a grand salon inspired by the 17th century; a dining room with a medieval atmosphere; a small medieval chapel.

The diversity of spaces and atmospheres allows easy creation of very different visual universes within the same place.

The outbuildings: The former spaces of the estate — granary, carpentry and cellar — have preserved their original character and have largely remained “as is,” offering authentic settings and particularly suited to productions seeking a historic aesthetic. One wing of the outbuildings has also been renovated to host staff and production teams on site, for overnight stays.
