This workshop, located in Saint-Ouen near the Bauer stadium, is a unique place in the Paris region, ideal for all your professional activities: workshops, events, productions, or studio sessions.

Accessible by an independent entrance, it opens onto a spacious living area benefiting from a ceiling height of 3.10 m, adorned with two skylights and a small glass veranda offering an unobstructed view of the sky. This space is laid out with several modular sofas (which can be transformed into beds) and numerous armchairs.

The tour continues with a functional kitchen, a shower room with a toilet, as well as a large room dedicated to storage. To ensure total darkness, electric shutters equip all openings.
