Bright workshop with high ceilings

This workshop, located in Saint-Ouen near the Bauer stadium, is a unique venue in the Paris region, ideal for all your professional activities: workshops, events, productions.

Accessed via a separate entrance, it opens onto a vast living room with 3.10 m high ceilings, two velux windows and a small skylight offering an unobstructed view of the sky. This space is furnished with several modular sofas (which can be converted into beds) and numerous armchairs.

The tour continues with a functional kitchen, a shower room with toilet, and a large room dedicated to storage. To ensure total darkness, electric shutters are fitted to all openings.
