A former Le Havre tobacconist's bar transformed into a design agency, this 43m2 space is located in the heart of the Breton district, with its distinctive red-brick architecture.
Situated at the foot of a building that survived the bombardments, the space features a period pichepin counter, a cement-tiled floor from the 1930s and a glass roof separating the bar and lounge areas.
Only 2 hours from Paris, this space is ideal for film shoots, photo shoots or intimate events.
The outdoor area is currently (Nov 2025) under construction. Facing south-east, it will benefit from a large paved terrace from spring 2026. In the meantime, the facade, signage, etc. remain customizable.
