- First floor: a large living/dining room space bathed in light and a modern equipped kitchen, ideal for life scenes or advertising clips.
- Second floor: two master suites with shower rooms, two additional bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, perfect for narrative plans or lifestyle shootings.
- Top floor: a relaxation area including a billiard table and modular beds, perfect for installing a loft or artistic decor.
The place is fully connected via Wi-Fi, has large outdoor spaces such as a pétanque court and a garage to facilitate logistics. 7 minutes from beaches and local shops, this space guarantees optimal accessibility for production teams. Please note, the two-story villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Covid cleaning included.
