Located in an island of greenery in the center of the village of Saint-Jean-en-Royans, at the foot of the Vercors, this house built at the end of the 1950s offers a unique setting for your filming, clips and advertising shots.\n\n Saint-Jean-en-Royans, capital of the Vercors and Royans, on the route of the sublime Vercors roads, is located 20 minutes from the famous Combe Laval cirque, 35/40 minutes from Villard-de-Lans - Corrençon - Fond d’Urle. \n\nOur home belonged to the village doctor who designed it with great charm. \n\nWe acquired and renovated it with the help of an interior designer to find the right balance between modernity and conviviality. \n\nIt consists of a large space of 150m² in semi-openings on the first floor: living room with fireplace, adjoining dining room and kitchen, as well as an office overlooking the garden. \n\nThe 800m² garden is not overlooked and is very wooded, an asset for outdoor shots. \n\nOn the first floor, there is an independent accommodation of 35 m² with a small living room, kitchen, a bedroom & bathroom, with a cozy & stopover gîte look. \n\nA place combining retro charm and modern comfort, with a peaceful garden, for original and inspiring productions at the foot of the Vercors.
