The 70s Showroom

The project hosts more than 80 residents from the cultural and creative sector, about twenty associations use the spaces for various activities and deploy an artistic and cultural program within versatile presentation spaces and a 2,000 m² garden. The diversity of spaces available for rent offers the possibility to host multiple private events: shoots, residencies for creation, filming, etc. Privatizing a space also supports this project of a plural territory, with cultural diffusion and contemporary artistic creation contemporary. Inspired by the vintage aesthetics of the 70s, the retro décor of this space is highly sought after. The colorful carpet and its zebra patterns have managed to shed the past image to become a decorating element in its own right.
