With a living area of around 200 m² and a capacity of up to 20 people (accommodation is available for teams), the house captivates with its luminous volumes and elegant 60s-inspired ambience. Inside, a triple living room with billiard table, sofas and large dining table, a master suite with dressing room and private shower room, a modern fitted kitchen with central island, as well as offices that can be used as work spaces or dressing rooms. The laundry room is equipped with high-capacity professional machines, ideal for long production runs. The warm, retro-chic decor features portraits of French icons, giving each room its own visual identity.
