The main space, spread over 120 m² on the ground floor, combines a large modular room with a lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for video shoots, photo shoots, or creative workshops. A 50 m² mezzanine is also accessible, depending on the project's needs, offering a different viewpoint to enrich your production. The green terrace is ideal for outdoor scenes or moments of break for your team.
According to your project, special rates are offered; notably for small teams (up to 8 people) or shoots with more than 10 people. We also offer a low-cost meeting rate for small teams. Rates are expected to rise for weekend rentals. A manager on-site is available to assist you, ensuring professional and smooth management of your production. Great experience at Studio Ajer for our photo shoot! The venue is gorgeous, very pleasant to work at and perfectly suited for this type of production.
