Erected on a vast plot of 1600 m², the property blends the warmth of a carefully curated vintage décor with verdant outdoor spaces, offering a multitude of shooting backdrops.

The décor at your disposal:

• The Living Space (Rotunda): A living room and dining area with unique volumes thanks to the rotunda's arc-shaped architecture. The light-colored floor, solid wood furniture, club chairs and the large curved French doors provide exceptionally flowing light.

• The 3 Bedrooms: Equipped with warm parquet floors, they are distinguished by their magnificent bespoke joinery integrating the beds into colored alcoves (celadon green and ochre tones). Superb French doors offer direct access to the garden and a beautiful depth of field.

• The Bathrooms: A bathroom and a shower room with delightfully retro charm, clad in original hexagonal mosaics in nacreous and pink tones, perfect for editorial or cosmetic shoots.

The Mediterranean Exterior: Our immense tree-lined park of 1600 m² (planted with pines and olive trees) is a true playground for art directors. It offers a multitude of "sub-scenes" ready to use to vary shots without changing location:

• The Stone Cottage: A small rustic and authentic annex that recalls the main architecture of the building and offers a very photogenic raw setting.

• The Large Terrace: Wide open stone spaces to set up large summer tables or facilitate the installation of tracking rails and spotlights.
