We are offering for rent our old house dating from 1930 in the heart of a village in Seine-et-Marne, 50 km from Paris.

The house was completely renovated at the beginning of 2021 (electricity, plumbing, paintings, kitchen, bathroom).

There are lots of wallpapers, antique decor, restored old furniture.

The house has a floor area of ​​50 m2 on 2 levels (a total of 150 m2)

The house also has a terrace and a landscaped garden of 100 m2.
