We are offering for rent our old house dating from 1930 in the heart of a village in Seine-et-Marne, 50 km from Paris.\n\n The house was completely renovated at the beginning of 2021 (electricity, plumbing, paintings, kitchen, bathroom). \n\nThere are lots of wallpapers, antique decor, restored old furniture.\n\n The house has a floor area of 50 m2 on 2 levels (a total of 150 m2)\n\n The house also has a terrace and a landscaped garden of 100 m2.\n\n On the ground floor:\n\n- A dining room with a large old table and six chairs mismatched.\n\n - A Parisian marble fireplace with an insert that can be used.\n\n - A living room decorated in a vintage style with William Morris wallpaper, leopard rug from Casa Lopez, vintage sofa in brown silk velvet and two purple velvet armchairs from Pierre Frey and bean-shaped coffee table in terrazzo\n\n- A kitchen in a retro vintage 1930s style with William Morris wallpaper and old Godin gas stove. \n\nAlso a small marble table with 4 mismatched wooden stools.\n\n To access the upper floors, the house has an old Parisian staircase with a metal handrail.\n\n On the 1st floor: \n\n- 1 bedroom with Antoinette Poisson wallpaper, an old chest of drawers, a child's bed.\n\n-1 bedroom with little greene richmond green wallpaper, an old Parisian wardrobe, a bed simple.\n\n-1 bedroom with wallpaper, an antique Parisian wardrobe, a single bed.\n\n -1 bathroom with white glass paste bathtub, antique sink and Hudson Reed faucets.\n\n On the 2nd floor: \n\n-1 bedroom with double bed, wallpaper at the head of the bed.\n\n -1 bedroom/library with double bed.\n\n -1 bathroom with shower and double sink antique washbasin with Hudson Reed taps.\n\nA place of character, with careful decoration and outdoor spaces, for unique filming and photos.
