We offer for rent our old house dating from 1930 in the heart of a village in Seine-et-Marne, 50 km from Paris.

The house was fully renovated at the beginning of 2021 (electrical, plumbing, paints, kitchen, bathroom).

There are plenty of wallpapers, vintage decor, restored antique furniture.

The house is 50 m2 of floor area across 3 levels (for a total of 150 m2).

The house also has a terrace and a landscaped 100 m2 garden.

On the ground floor:

• A dining room with a large antique table and six antique wooden chairs.
• A Parisian marble fireplace with a usable insert.
• A living room decorated in a vintage style with William Morris wallpaper, leopard rug from Casa Lopez, vintage chestnut-brown silk velvet sofa and two violet velvet armchairs from Pierre Frey and a kidney-shaped terrazzo coffee table
• A kitchen in a retro vintage 1930s style with William Morris wallpaper and an old Godin stove.

Also a small marble table with 4 mismatched wooden stools.

To access the upper floors, the house has an old Parisian staircase with a metal handrail.

On the first floor:

• 1 bedroom with Antoinette Poisson wallpaper, an antique dresser, an antique desk, and a child’s bed.
• 1 bedroom with wallpaper by the Little Greene brand, Richmond Green, an antique wardrobe, a single bed.
• 1 bedroom with wallpaper, an antique Parisian wardrobe, a single bed.

• 1 bathroom with a white pâte de verre bathtub, an antique sink and Hudson Reed fittings.

  On the second floor:

• 1 bedroom with a double bed, an old headboard and an old curtain
• 1 bedroom/library with a double bed.
• 1 bathroom with shower and double washbasin antique with Hudson Reed fittings.
