We offer for rent our old house dating from 1930 in the heart of a Seine-et-Marne village, 50 km from Paris.

The house was fully renovated in early 2021 (electricity, plumbing, painting, kitchen, bathroom).

There are plenty of wallpapers, vintage decor, and restored antique furniture.

The house has 50 m2 of living space across 3 levels (i.e., a total of 150 m2).

The house also has a terrace and a 100 m2 landscaped garden.

On the ground floor:

• A dining room with a large farmhouse table and two old benches.
• An old marble fireplace with an insert that can be used.
• A living room decorated in a vintage style with William Morris wallpaper, a leopard rug from Casa Lopez, a vintage sofa in brown silk velvet and two violet velvet armchairs from Pierre Frey and a bean-shaped terrazzo coffee table
• A kitchen in a retro vintage 1930s style with William Morris wallpaper and an old Godin gas cooker.

Also a small marble table with 6 wooden stools.

To access the upper floors, the house has an old Parisian staircase with a metal handrail.

On the 1st floor:

• 1 bedroom with Antoinette Poisson wallpaper, an old dresser, an old desk and a single bed.
• 1 bedroom with Little Greene Richmond Green wallpaper, an old wardrobe, a single bed.
• 1 bedroom with wallpaper, an old Parisian wardrobe, a single bed.
• 1 bathroom with a white glass paste bathtub, an old sink and Hudson Reed fittings.

On the 2nd floor:

• 1 bedroom with a double bed, an old headboard and an old curtain
• 1 bedroom/library with a double bed.
• 1 bathroom with shower and a double sink old with Hudson Reed fittings.

A place of character, with tasteful decoration and outdoor spaces, for unique filming and photo shoots.
