Former residence of the Kings of France, the Donjon dates from 1160 and has been listed as a Historic Monument since 1926. It has remained in the same family since 1880. The Donjon is set in a green haven in the heart of the medieval village of Moret sur Loing, 7 km south of Fontainebleau. We make available to you the entire Donjon (garden, salons...) as well as the guard room on the second floor. It is particularly appreciated by professionals for its volume, its dimensions, and its 19th-century paintings. This room exudes a very particular atmosphere that particularly delights photographers and directors. The two ground-floor salons, all in wood paneling, open onto the gardens and will be more intimate and warm.
