This former granite stone farmhouse typical of the Pilat Regional Natural Park is situated at an altitude of 1100 m, in the heart of nature and at peace, only 1 hour from Lyon and 25 minutes from Saint-Étienne. Several different spaces allow you to create very varied settings for your shoots: nature, authenticity and modernity in one place.

The estate has been fully renovated and consists of a first part which is the owners' private dwelling with a charm that is more authentic and rustic, and another part a Guest House with a much more modern decor, with upstairs 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all with shower and separate toilets. On the lower floor, a fully equipped professional kitchen and a large dining room of 60 m2 decorated with stone walls, beams, and a large wooden bar.

In the landscaped and flowering garden of 2900 m2, three wooden chalets have been built to accommodate guest rooms.

In total, 22 sleeping places are available on site.

The estate also has beautiful terraces facing southwest: perfect for sunsets!

Here there are no noise nuisances, no vis-à-vis, no visual disturbances: you can admire the stars or turn on music without disturbing the neighbours!

Finally, the house also has a very bright 60 m2 meeting room, as well as cellars, workshops, a garage, attics… and an outdoor relaxation space with a sauna and a Nordic bath heated with a wood fire.

This place is at the starting point of numerous hiking trails with panoramic views of the Alpine chain and Mont Blanc on one side or the Monts d’Auvergne on the other. The landscape is characterized by large pine forests and wide still-wild spaces. The nature is magnificent and green in the surroundings. It changes with the seasons with superb colors: a multitude of flowers in spring, thousands of colors in autumn, and beautiful contrasts from white to black in winter with snow.
