Raw space in the heart of Bordeaux Saint-Michel

This raw building develops all its character over three levels of about 100 m² each, arranged between a ground floor, a first floor and a second floor. From the entrance, the space exudes a singular atmosphere, almost timeless, where every material tells a story.

The walls mix exposed stones, old bricks and concrete surfaces, offering an authentic and raw palette. The volumes are generous, open, allowing the original structure of the building to show through without artifice. Each floor preserves this same identity, with spaces yet to be shaped, conducive to a multitude of projects.

The second floor is distinguished by the presence of industrial storage structures, vestiges of an old activity, which reinforce the building's atypical and functional character. These metallic elements integrate into the whole as witnesses of a past still palpable.

A wooden staircase connects the levels with simplicity and authenticity, adding a warm touch to this mineral environment. Several rooms, left as they were, reveal old fireplaces, bringing charm and potential to the whole.
