Nestled in the heart of a verdant setting, this authentic 19th-century Béarnaise farmhouse offers a unique, unspoilt setting, ideal for a shoot in search of rustic charm, raw nature and a change of scenery. Located in the heart of the Pyrenees mountains, it stands amidst meadows and forests, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding peaks.

The house retains all the architectural features typical of the region: solid stone walls, exposed beams, slate roofs and period fireplaces. The interior, which has been left in its original state or soberly restored depending on the space, evokes both the rural life of yesteryear and the romanticism of a place frozen in time. The house is fairly dilapidated, with old tapestries, a stone sink and a wooden staircase. Some of the rooms have badly damaged floors, making them inaccessible.

The grounds surrounding the house extend over 1.7 hectares, offering great freedom for staging: forest paths, views of the Pyrenees, streams, old barns, low stone walls, a lime kiln... Every nook and cranny invites visual exploration.

Easy access for technical teams (passable path, parking).
