Nestled between vineyards and olive trees, the Domaine invites you to live a rare experience in Provence. Facing Sainte-Victoire, this 470 m² Provençal bastide blends elegance, calm and premium amenities. With its two pools (one outdoor and one indoor) and a private cinema room, it can accommodate up to 14 guests in an exclusive and refined setting.

The accommodation The Domaine offers an exceptional panoramic view of the Sainte-Victoire Massif and the Luberon range. This master house, decorated with refinement and equipped with premium amenities, rises over three light-filled levels. On the ground floor, a spacious entrance hall leads you to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a convivial dining area, an elegant living room with a large L-shaped sofa, a smart TV, and a wine cellar. The entire living space opens onto a large south-facing terrace of 250 m², with direct access to the 15 x 5 metre infinity pool.

The marble kitchen blends aesthetics and functionality, and includes high-quality Siemens appliances: oven, induction hob with hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. For meals, you will find refined tableware, glassware suitable for all desires, from wine to cocktails. A large solid wood table seats up to ten guests, for dinners in a warm yet sophisticated atmosphere.

This level also includes two bedrooms. The first, oriented northwest toward La Quille, has a Queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a dressing, a private shower room and a toilet. The second, oriented north, is equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm), wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. Separate toilets are also available on this floor.

Upstairs, a study-library area with armchairs precedes two magnificent suites. The master suite, oriented toward the pool and the Sainte-Victoire, offers 70 m² of comfort: king-size bed (200x200 cm), spacious double sofa, bathroom with shower, a bathtub and double basins, a large dressing room with mirrors, a vanity and a private terrace. The second bedroom, oriented toward La Quille of the old village, has a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a chair, a dressing and a shower room with toilets. Separate toilets are also available on this level.

The garden level houses two additional bedrooms. The first has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a dressing and a private shower room, with access possible either collectively or independently from the garden level. The second, simpler, oriented northwest toward La Quille, is arranged as a sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160x190 cm). Separate toilets are available at this level. An independent maid’s room, accessible from the exterior of the garden level, completes this space. It has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a shower room, toilets and a double sink. This level also features a refined bar area, equipped with a refrigerator, a freezer, and a dishwasher.

The Domaine comprises seven bedrooms, all furnished with premium bedding to guarantee a peaceful and restorative sleep. Each bedroom has individual heating for winter and quiet Dreo fans for summer. The master suite, southeast-facing, enjoys soft morning light. The other bedrooms, bright and comfortable, are equipped with double beds, bedside tables and tasteful lighting. The building was designed to hotel standards, with a seismic-resistant structure, and each bedroom is equipped with a fire door, ensuring a reinforced level of safety and compliance with the strictest requirements.

Air conditioning is available in the master suite as well as in the living room, which helps bring cool air to the garden level. Fans are also provided in the bedrooms.

For year-round relaxation, the Domaine provides a complete wellness space: a private cinema room with five comfortable seats, and an indoor heated pool in winter (12 x 4 metres, depth 1.30 metres).

Outside, enjoy the superb 15 x 5 metre infinity pool (depth 1.70 m to 1.90 m), with breathtaking views over Sainte-Victoire. It is open year-round (not heated), and particularly pleasant from May to September. Multi-position sun loungers are available to fully enjoy the sun. The landscaped garden, fully fenced and dotted with olive trees, also features a ping-pong table. A decorative small basin completes this outdoor space. A large table with ten chairs, comfortable armchairs and an electric plancha will allow you to share delicious meals outdoors, in a typically Provencal ambience.

Ideally located in the heart of the Châteaux de Provence, between Aix-en-Provence, the Alpilles and the Luberon, the Domaine benefits from a preserved natural environment and absolute calm, while being only 20 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 25 minutes from Lourmarin. This exceptional property offers remarkable comfort and an idyllic setting to fully enjoy the Provençal art of living, in total immersion in nature.

This Provençal mas of recent construction, oriented southeast, faces the majestic Sainte-Victoire mountain, made famous by Cézanne’s paintings. A part of this massif, as well as the Château de Vauvenargues at its foot, still belongs today to Picasso’s family. The Domaine, built in dry stone taken from its own lands, has been carefully shaped: every block was hand-cut by a master stonecutter from Gordes, a testament to rare and authentic artisanal know-how.

The mas offers 470 m² of living space, in the heart of a vast domain of nearly 6 hectares, carefully landscaped and planted with olive trees, vineyards, forests and Mediterranean flora. Although located in the countryside, the estate maintains a harmonious balance between isolation and local life, with a few neighboring houses, discreet and with no overlooking, offering absolute tranquility in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

A reinforced outlet (domestic 2P+T – 16A) is available in the garage for electric vehicle charging. It is a standard outlet, allowing slow charging. Travelers should bring their own cable or adapter.

The estate was thought and designed by Marion Maistre Blaise of MB Design, an audacious interior designer, driven by the ambition to create a place that is both sober, warm and functional. Her work rests on a perfect harmony between volumes, materials and colors, while placing the traveler’s experience at the center of her priorities. The result: a unique place, both practical and aesthetic.

Committed to the environment, the Domaine uses efficient and responsible equipment: enhanced insulation, reversible heat pump in the living room and the master bedroom for optimal comfort in all seasons, and water-saving faucets. We limit the use of single-use plastics and provide color-coded recycling bins to facilitate recycling during your stay.
