House with private stable

This space is located on a private property of 5 hectares of gardens and pastures for our horses, and features a private garden bordered by the river water, perfectly maintained and wooded year-round.

You will be able to stroll in your garden or near the horses according to your wishes, with everyone's privacy respected.

You will appreciate having a view of our horses and their living and working spaces… you will be able to approach them during your stay, but we will not be able to offer you a ride or an equestrian discovery..

Do not hesitate to ask us (by letting us know in advance) if you want to participate in the outing to the horses' meadow, to caress them with your children in their living spaces or to come feed them in the stall in the evening..

This is our private stable and we are not authorized to receive the public in this space…

Of course, I can advise you of a professional place for a ride or equestrian discovery (for kids and adults) 10 minutes from our gîte 🤗

The living area of the house, about 160 m2, is highly appreciated for the layout of its two living spaces open to the surrounding nature.

It consists of: A living room (garden and terrace access) with a seating area/ fireplace and dining area next to the kitchen, another living space under a veranda with dining area and lounge, a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto another terrace, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, another toilet located in the veranda area, a mezzanine bedroom above the living room (160 cm bed) and a wooden baby cot and changing table. Upstairs: a 160 cm bed bedroom with a view of the river and the park, a bedroom with 4 single beds including a trundle bed.

Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Possibility to rent sheets towels and tea towels for 15 € per person for the entire stay (beds made on arrival)

There is a gardener who comes to look after the garden every week from 8 am to 4 pm most of the summer days (less during the winter months)

Possibility to fish in the river in season with a day or week fishing permit

Pet Friendly welcome: Dogs are welcome, but please no dogs of 1st and 2nd category: surcharge 10 €/day/animal to be paid on arrival.

Upon arrival you will find all equipment specific to your four-legged companion: basket, protective blanket, dog bowl, food box, a toy and some treats...
