Located just 5 minutes from Paris (RER Laplace or Barbara metro), this unique location combines industrial charm with a green setting with a 150 m² garden. Steeped in history, the place combines respect for the original character and modernity, offering a versatile setting for photo shoots, advertising shoots, films or creative projects.
The ground floor, with its 150 m², includes a main space and two additional rooms, ideal for organizing different filming configurations. Equipped with a Denon sound system, a 4K video projector, a photobooth (optional) and an arcade machine, the place adapts to the technical needs of the productions. An open kitchen completes this space with a warm and functional decor, perfect for culinary or convivial scenes.
Outside, the planted garden and the 35 m² living room terrace offer natural light ideal for exterior shots. A brazier/griddle area and a relaxation area enrich the visual setting, while a garage for equipment and level access simplify logistics.
For larger needs, an additional floor of 130 m² with a second kitchen and a terrace of 50 m² is available as an option. The flexibility of the location, reinforced by various hanging points thanks to the 30 IPNs on the ceiling, allows for varied creative arrangements.

Le lieu était tout simplement magnifique ! Décoré avec énormément de goût, spacieux, lumineux… c’était l’endroit parfait pour notre projet. L’hôte a été adorable, très accueillant et disponible. Je recommande ce lieu à 1000 %, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Tout s’est très bien passé lors de notre tournage Au Loft l’Imprimerie. Alexis nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et sympathique, et nous avons pu réaliser toutes nos prises dans les différents espaces : la cuisine, le salon, ainsi qu’une des chambres attenantes. Parfait Un lieu agréable et parfaitement adapté à nos besoins. Je recommande vivement !
