Despite its central location, it offers a peaceful environment thanks to its position in a quiet courtyard, shielded from view and street noise. At the far end of the vegetated courtyard, the space is vehicle-accessible, but only for loading equipment. There is a secure paid parking facility less than 200 m away. Many restaurants and fast-food options are available nearby on Rue Oberkampf or around Ménilmontant.

The loft features a spacious 4-meter-high entry with a small closet. The entry leads to the large main room of 60 m², with a durable concrete floor. You can also use the bean-to-cup coffee machine at your convenience, and a selection of teas is also available. Facing the entrance is an office/bedroom that adjoins the main room. This room has a solid oak parquet floor; you will find two desks, two chairs and a double bed. It also has access to a small bathroom with a toilet, a sink and a walk-in shower. An oak staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you will find three bedrooms and a large bathroom with a toilet, two sinks, a walk-in shower and a bathtub.

The minimalist decor highlights several contemporary paintings and design objects, a perfect backdrop for modern, sleek productions.

Very discreet, but available, the hosts may be present on the upper floor. The main room under the skylight is modular and can be quickly arranged to meet the specific needs of a filming project, for example.
