Between the Place de la République and the Gare de l'Est, a stone's throw from the Canal Saint-Martin, this former printing works transformed into an artist's studio is today occupied by a visual videographer who exhibits his holograms, his optical theaters and his paintings.\n\n A unique place where contemporary art meets Scandinavian and industrial design.\n\n The white walls and parquet floors, the furniture in shades of gray and the wood create a refined and elegant, highlighting the works of art exhibited in the space.\n\n The whole creates an atmosphere that is both serene and stimulating, conducive to reflection and creativity.\n\n Modular and versatile, the workshop offers an ideal space to accommodate a wide variety of productions: filming, shoots, productions...\n\n Each room is designed to create an immersive and artistic experience.\n\n Let yourself be hypnotized by the holographic installations exhibited in the large room or try to imagine the different combinations of the series of paintings hanging on the walls of the kitchen table d'hôte.\n\n The works are constantly evolving and it is possible to organize a meeting with the artist himself or a mediator during your production.\n\n The workshop has a large main room of 75m2 entirely bathed in natural light, which can accommodate up to 70 people.\n\n We can reorganize the space according to your needs, using our modular furniture and adjusting the lighting to create the perfect atmosphere for your production.\n\n Access to the roof and the numerous curtains make it easy to block out the light.\n\n Open to the main room, a 20m2 projection room transforms into a meeting room or lounge depending on your needs.\n\n Our workshop is also equipped with a large 45m2 kitchen, with a gas kitchen piano, modern equipment and cooking utensils. quality, able to meet the demands of a guest chef or a cooking workshop.\n\n Our large table d'hôte can accommodate up to 32 place settings for the lunch break, but also serve as a meeting space.\n\n Open to the kitchen, a winter garden area welcomes under a glass roof a small, more intimate lounge that can accommodate 5 people.\n\n In front of the entrance a terrace area is also available for smokers.
