A unique artist's studio in the heart of the 10th arrondissement

Between Place de la République and Gare de l'Est, just a stone's throw from Canal Saint-Martin, this former printing works has been transformed into an artist's studio, where a video artist now exhibits his holograms, optical theaters and paintings.

White walls and parquet floors, furniture in shades of grey and wood create a refined, elegant atmosphere, highlighting the works of art on display in the space.

The result is a serene yet stimulating atmosphere, conducive to reflection and creativity.

Modular and versatile, the studio is ideal for a wide variety of productions: film shoots, photo shoots, productions...

Each room is designed to create an immersive, artistic experience.

Let yourself be hypnotized by the holographic installations on display in the great hall, or try to imagine the different combinations of the series of paintings hanging on the walls of the table d'hôte kitchen.

The works are constantly evolving, and it is possible to arrange a meeting with the artist himself or a mediator during your production.

The studio has a large main room of 75m2, bathed in natural light, which can accommodate up to 70 people.

We can reorganize the space to suit your needs, using our modular furniture and adjusting the lighting to create the perfect ambience for your production.

Access to the roof and numerous curtains make it easy to keep the light out.

Opening onto the main room, a 20m2 projection room can be transformed into a meeting room or lounge, depending on your needs.

Our workshop is also equipped with a large 45m2 kitchen, featuring a gas-powered cooking piano, modern equipment and quality utensils, to meet the demands of a guest chef or cooking workshop.

Our large table d'hôte can accommodate up to 32 covers for lunch, but can also be used as a meeting space.

Opening onto the kitchen, a winter garden area under a glass roof welcomes a smaller, more intimate lounge seating 5.

A terrace area in front of the entrance is also available for smokers.
