Welcome to this loft a stone's throw from the Buttes Chaumont, a unique and inspiring place for your filming, music videos, advertisements and photo shoots.

150m from the superb Buttes Chaumont park, it is the ideal place to be in the heart of Paris while being in a calm and airy environment with the possibility of taking exterior shots in the green park.

Bathed in light, high ceilings, elegantly decorated, the loft is nestled in a former factory from the 1930s in the 19th arrondissement.

The large windows offer a clear view of the sky and the Parisian roofs of the houses in the charming Mouzaia district, an asset for wide shots and bright ambiances.

For filming, we provide a large, fully open room of 80 m2 with different spaces and atmospheres, parquet flooring, including an open kitchen area.

You also have all the equipment you could need (wifi, video projector, with 3 m screen, flipcharts, Chromecast and HDMi, good coffee, tea, and other extras on request).

For productions, we provide the entire loft (180 m2) with its 4 bedrooms (in polished concrete) and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a walk-in shower.

One of the bedrooms has an atypical shape, curved like the bow of a boat.
