I provide my very bright 110 m2 apartment in the heart of the lively Batignolles district! \n\nA perfect location for filming films, advertisements, music videos, or real estate and decoration shots. \n\nIt is located on the 4th floor of a Haussmann building, accessible by an elevator (capacity for two people). \n\nThe 45m2 living room has three double windows, a major asset for the brightness of your images. \n\nIt overlooks a lower building on the other side of the street, a small neighborhood nursery school, which has only two floors and thus allows a clear view without being overlooked. \n\nIt includes:\n\n - a lounge area itself, with a three-seater sofa, parquet-mirror-moldings-fireplace, and television screen;\n\n - a dining area, with a large rectangular table for 8 seats.\n\n - And it extends into an open kitchen, at your disposal!\n\n These three spaces (three former separate rooms brought together by an architect) form a coherent whole, unified by the anthracite gray and green paint forest. \n\nThe decoration (frames, vases, plants, books...) is what I live in, I hope you like it! \n\nEach of these objects is linked to a part of my story...\n\n For the productions, two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, are attached. \n\nThe first (the one with wallpaper with birds in the photos!) has a double bed, a window overlooking a tree-lined courtyard (quiet and therefore not overlooked), and a bathroom with a very large bathtub. \n\nThe second, simpler, white, has a double bed, a desk, and a bathroom with a smaller bathtub in the hallway. \n\nIdeal for changing clothes, storing equipment... \n\nA final room of around ten square meters is not available for rental because it allows you to store what is not useful on the big day!\n\n A spacious and bright living space, with personal decoration and a warm atmosphere, for authentic and careful audiovisual productions. \n\nDETAILS ON SERVICES\n\n Cold drinks: soda (Coca-Cola); Nestea; fruit juice; sparkling water. \n\nBreakfast: fruit juices (Innocent or Tropicana type); tea and coffee (Senseo); assortment of croissants, pain au chocolat and chouquettes from the Chez Baptiste bakery; Bonne Maman jams. Modular according to your desires!\n\n I can also offer you - for an additional cost - more typical formulas:\n\n - pastries from the pastry chef Jeffrey Cagnes;\n\n - pastries from the Joyeux café (solidarity company which employs people with disabilities);\n\n - or breads from the Chambelland bakery, organic, gluten-free, fermented with natural sourdough, made from rice flour and buckwheat! \n\nBreak: according to your taste, cakes, Commercy madeleines, cookies...\n\n THE NEIGHBORHOOD\n\n Welcome to the very lively Batignolles district, in the 17th arrondissement. \n\nIn the street, absolutely all the food shops (bakeries, cheese shops, fishmongers, delicatessens, etc.), and the Batignolles covered market 30 meters away. \n\nFranprix, G20, and Super U also accessible within a few steps.\n\n Many dining options for lunch (ask me), on site or to take away (charming Batignolles park at the end of the street, ideal for eating a coppa-mozza sandwich from Castro in front of the ducks!! \n\nAnd not forgetting the new vast Martin Luther-King park...). \n\nACCESSIBILITY\n\n Brochant metro station 50 meters away (line 13, which notably serves Gare Saint Lazare, Champs-Elysées, or Gare Montparnasse), or 600 meters away, Pont Cardinet (line 14, which also serves Gare Saint Lazare, the Louvre, Gare de Lyon, etc.). \n\nBus 54 (direct Gare du Nord), and 74 (direct Hotel de Ville). \n\nBike stations at the bottom of the building (Tier, Lime, Dott), or in the adjacent streets (Vélib). \n\nNearest car park almost opposite, under the Batignolles market, (4 euros per hour). \n\nEntrance via 24 bis rue Brochant; pedestrian exit possible directly on rue des Moines.

Quand je serai film
Le lieu est formidable, nous avons tourné trois jours consécutifs dans cet appartement. Nous avons pu déplacer les meubles à notre convenance et le lieu est suffisamment grand pour accueillir une équipe d'une vingtaine de personnes. De plus, Claire, la propriétaire, a su se montrer flexible sur les horaires. Merci encore de nous avoir accueillis !
