The first of our spaces, this loft was designed for productions of 20 to 200 people, in an atypical and exclusive space. \n\nCompletely renovated, this atypical Parisian space has had a new look. \n\nMore modern, bright, colorful, redesigned in its uses and in keeping with the times, it has all the necessary comfort, all the technical equipment (video, sound and lights) and furniture for your audiovisual productions.\n\n Its furniture, its glass roof which fills it with natural light and its oak flooring make the workshop a warm setting with multiple personalities. \n\nPerfectly equipped, elegant and functional, the workshop is made up of different spaces which allow you to shoot various scenes, interviews, cutaways, or even photo shoots. \n\nThe loft is divided into 4 floors:\n\n The main room: the loft, a huge space with a modern design bathed in a skylight. \n\nIn an adjoining room: the billiard room which can serve as a setting for more intimate scenes.\n\n Upstairs: two breakout rooms (one with a functional bathroom) for around twenty people maximum.\n\n A unique place in Paris, with varied spaces and natural light, for memorable audiovisual productions.
