This space has character and invites imagining multiple settings within the same address. Its 250 m² spread over two levels alternate open spaces and more intimate rooms: enough to vary the framing, play with depth, and move from a group scene to a more intimate sequence. The atmosphere is warm, artistic, and eclectic. Sofas, armchairs, vintage furniture and decorative objects compose an interior that feels inhabited, with a true personality. One can imagine a conversation in a living room, an interview, or a shoot focusing on the details of the decor.

As for lighting, the venue has professional equipment enabling work across different atmospheres, from a soft, intimate ambience to a more contrasted staging. The modular scenography allows adapting the spaces to the project's artistic direction.

For musical sequences or speaking parts, this space has a projector, two microphones, guitar and bass amplifiers, two keyboard stands with extension, and a guitar stand. These pieces of equipment provide a practical base for staging a performance, a rehearsal, or a presentation.

Finally, the venue is easily accessible for teams and speakers, near République metro station, served by lines 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11.
