Two workshops, a small living room, a living area with a kitchen and two offices, allow you to host up to 50 people across 3 levels, in an atypical and welcoming venue in Paris near Nation. This former plumber-roofer workshop is located on the ground floor in an independent building constructed at the beginning of the 20th century. Directly accessible from the boulevard, the ground floor has remained as it was and the original tradesmen's furniture has remained in place. The upper floor has been modernized and allows for the installation of offices, a control room, changing rooms... In the basement, accessible by a wide staircase, another workshop equipped with workbenches offers a different ambiance.
