Old schoolhouse in the heart of Perche, repainting possible
It is a former Protestant temple from the 16th century, transformed into a school in the 20th century, then into a dwelling, in the center of the village of Authon du Perche, where you will find 2 restaurants, 1 bakery and 1 pharmacy.
The house is being restored gradually by us, so it is functional, but everything can be moved, repainted, etc., compared with the photos.

The large windows bring in a lot of light with views onto the garden; the view on the street side is obscured by sheer curtains.
The mezzanine may be accessible, but it does not bear much weight, so it cannot be considered as storage space.
The two ground-floor bedrooms can be additional rooms for installing equipment or accommodating people, for example, with the video feed; the barn in the garden that allows storing the beds is in these bedrooms!
