Located about 10 minutes' walk from the beach 'Les 100 Marches', our 150m² house is an ideal setting for your shoots or as a base camp.

You will access the villa from the ground floor which features a living area and a large dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The entire space is bathed in soft light in summer and winter thanks to its multiple bay windows and its Southwest exposure. The décor in soft, natural tones creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. Ceiling fans increase the sense of coolness during the summer months.

The terrace surrounding part of the Southwest-facing villa as well as the pool (7x3 with a pool cover) invite you to share convivial moments. A fire pit and a plancha are at your disposal, perfect for outdoor meals.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms, all located on the first floor and air-conditioned.

These four bedrooms share a bathroom with a separate toilet. You will also find a guest toilet on the ground floor.

You can park up to 4 cars on the property; the garage is available for storage.
