Nestled 5 minutes from the A13, on its hill overlooking the Seine valley, this place offers a unique setting for your productions. \n\nEnclosed land of 2500m2, accessible by train from Paris Saint-Lazare (Line E) and 6 minutes by car from Vernon-Giverny station. \n\nBetween stone and exposed beams, in the countryside and yet close to all amenities less than 1 km: hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. \n\nAn air of Avignon, of Normandy, of the Mediterranean in summer... Of the mountains in winter with its wood stove... \n\nWith its cathedral roof, its tastefully renovated old farmhouse feel, its openings and skylights, its crypt and its arches, its garden, its pines, its terraces, its veranda... \n\nWe are elsewhere, very close to Paris.
