Lovely charming house, warm and welcoming with a large garden of approximately 200 m² in total, located 15 minutes' walk from Vallées station and the Garenne-Colombes station, and 10 minutes by car from La Défense.
The 1930s house, renovated in 2021. Accessible by car with the possibility to park in front of our gate to facilitate unloading of equipment.
On the ground floor: kitchen with a glass conservatory, open dining room with a table that can seat 8 people, restroom, living room, fireplace. The ground floor level is fully open and covers almost 60 m².
Large garden not overlooked with terrace.
ACCESS UPON REQUEST AT AN ADDITIONAL COST AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION: On the first floor: three children's bedrooms (including one used as a playroom), a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.

Un endroit vraiment exceptionnel ! La maison de Victoire nous a offert un cadre idéal pour notre shooting. Les espaces sont très bien pensés, le jardin est superbe, et l'ensemble crée une atmosphère parfaite pour des photos réussies. Victoire a été aux petits soins du début à la fin : toujours disponible, très réactive et d'une gentillesse irréprochable. On s'est sentis vraiment bien accueillis du début à la fin. Un lieu que je recommande chaudement pour tous vos shootings. On sera ravis d'y revenir !
