I am a decorator and I transformed an old factory into a residential loft in Montreuil, in the suburban district of Villiers Barbusse.

Ten minutes walk from the Mairie de Montreuil metro station (line 9), the house retains the volumes and charm of the old.

A perfect place for your filming, video clips, advertisements and photo shoots.

It consists of a very bright 80 m² living room/kitchen area with pinball machine, with a glass roof height of 7m50, opening onto a 120 m² furnished terrace, and a 500 m² tree-lined garden with its equipped outdoor bar, 2 lounges and sofas.

The outdoor space will be suitable for varied shots and offers relaxation areas (pétanque court, ping-pong table, barbecue).

A 2-room space (bedroom with living room/kitchen and bathroom of 40 m²) and a double bedroom with its bathroom (30 m²) complete the ground floor of the loft.

Upstairs is a closed bedroom with bathroom and a partially open mezzanine space of 35 m², equipped with 2 to 3 beds.

A unique place on the outskirts of Paris, with vast spaces, an impressive glass roof and a wooded garden, for original and memorable audiovisual productions.

Several shops are located next to the house, including a very good Portuguese bakery or caterer.
