Modernist house in Collserola Park

Modernist, isolated house dating from 1908, located in the Collserola Natural Park. Its simple and elegant façade retains its original condition. The interior has been renovated entirely and in a minimalist style, preserving its spatial character which conveys a sense of calm and inner well-being. It has two floors distributed over 140 m2 and a double-height space that is reorganized around a spiral staircase as a sculptural element. Access to the house is from the street via a staircase that connects to four small terraces at different levels with access to the private forest.

For truck parking, it is recommended to park 50-100 meters from the house on a wide mountain plateau and very little used, reached from a forest road near the house.
