Modern and Minimalist House

Situated in Marseille, in a quiet and easily accessible cul-de-sac, this contemporary 110 m² house offers an ideal setting for photo shoots, filming and creative productions. Very bright despite its urban location, it stands out for its large volumes, its cathedral ceiling with skylights and its modern and minimalist aesthetics.

The venue offers an atmosphere that is at once minimalist, graphic and colorful, blending white walls, bold color touches and atypical furniture. The open spaces, natural light and architectural perspectives make for a particularly interesting backdrop for shooting.

The spaces

The house consists of a large open-plan living area including the living room and the kitchen, offering generous volumes and smooth circulation for the filming teams.

The living room stands out for its polished concrete floor, its pink sofa and several pieces of colorful and atypical furniture that give the place a strong visual identity. A large white staircase opening onto the room also allows for original filming shots, notably from a low-angle shot.

The kitchen, open to the living area, features distinctive and graphic decor, ideal for lifestyle, food or editorial shoots.

The house also has: a second living room a bathroom several interesting perspectives thanks to the ceiling height and the volumes.

The exterior

The house opens onto a 50 m² courtyard, decorated with a pink wall, a small basin and vegetation, creating a Mediterranean and colorful ambience. A second wall, rougher with a deliberately chipped paint, adds an interesting texture for more artistic shots.

The courtyard is overlooked by neighbors, but this is not visible from inside the house.

Access and logistics

The place is located in a cul-de-sac, which makes access and unloading equipment easier for teams. Access to the house is simple and practical for productions.
