This house is a manor house, entirely renovated with taste and is located in the commune of Montournais in the Vendée Bocage. It overlooks a 1500 m2 garden, tree-lined and with little direct overlooking. This destination is ideal for all your professional activities: workshops, seminars, meet-ups, events, productions... The house consists of 4 levels: In the basement: 1 game room with foosball and television with a cloakroom and toilet. On the ground floor: a very pleasant living room with light streaming through and overlooking the garden and a remarkable tree, as well as an open kitchen with all the equipment needed for a home chef or a cocktail dinner. On the 1st and 2nd floors: 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, i.e., 4 bedrooms in total, for a maximum of 10 people. The 90*200 cm beds can be separated into twins. (3 sleeping accommodations maximum per bedroom). A 25 m2 barn is available if needed.
