Housed in a reinvented former reprography workshop, Maison Voltaire is a bright loft with a raw and warm character: stone and brick walls, touches of metal, a glass roof and high ceilings, all opening onto a green courtyard. Nous avons tourné trois interviews dans la Maison Voltaire. Les points positifs : - Très modulable, plusieurs axes possibles - Petite salle indépendante pour un coin régie, maquillage - Décoration moderne sans être trop présente - Possibilité de fermer les fenêtres (sauf celle du centre, à vérifier) - Le lieu est vraiment penser pour des interviews, des podcasts Les points négatifs ou de conseils : - Un peu de bruit avec l'entrée de l'immeuble juste à coté et les poubelles dans la cour. - Pas plus de 8-10 personnes à mon avis en configuration tournage (espace itw + recul cam) sinon vous allez avoir très chaud et manquer d'espace. On était 12 et on était trop nombreux pour cet espace. Je réserverais pour d'autres projets car le lieu est super modulable et ça c'est très rare !
