Ten minutes from Paris, set back and quiet, this house dating from 1870 offers a clear light and charm from the moment you enter. Wooden shutters, natural materials and daylight that flows through create a welcoming atmosphere, in a setting easily accessible via the Asnières train station and line 13, with no audible disturbances.
On the ground floor, the living room, the entrance under the porch and the kitchen enjoy generous light, enhanced by a ceiling height of 3.30 m. The large openings extend this brightness toward the garden, allowing moods that are as bright as they are contrasted depending on the crews' needs. Upstairs, the master suite and the three children's bedrooms are carried by soft tones and a fluid circulation. These are bright, lively spaces that can easily be transformed for calmer, more intimate, or more narrative atmospheres.
On the garden level, the vaulted cellar, the music room and the cinema room offer more enveloping moods, without breaking the coherence of the space. The 11-meter-tall vertical staircase and the bright landing draw clear, structured lines, conducive to more graphic shots. Outside, the tree-lined 140 m² garden, the wooden pontoon and the private driveway lined with Parisian street lamps create a bright, calm, and immediately legible setting for daytime or evening scenes.

Alexandra est une hôte très bienveillante, qui pense à tout et fait tout pour que le tournage se passe bien. La maison est très jolie, elle correspondait en tous points à nos attentes pour ce tournage : pas de mauvaises surprises bien au contraire.
Une journée de tournage dans des conditions au top du top ! Espaces variés et surtout assez spacieux. Tout était très propre et très bien rangé, et on avait tout ce qu'il fallait à dispo ! Mention spéciale à l'accueil et à la sympathie d'Alexandre ;)

The space is ideal, firstly because of the diversity of the rooms and their sizes (different ceiling heights, converted basement, modern open-plan kitchen...). Secondly, Alexandra is a wonderfully gracious host who will do everything she can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. She was very accommodating before (location scouting), during and after the shoot. I highly recommend her!

Alexandra welcomed us with open arms! The team was very happy to take advantage of the setting. At the height of summer, you can use the garden to set down your technical equipment and take advantage of the space inside for filming. The light entries are excellent too!
