10 minutes from Paris, a rare venue for your shoots and filming: a 170 m² family house, quiet, with a leafy garden, natural light and a real variety of decors.
Located in a sought-after residential neighborhood in Asnières-sur-Seine, just a short walk from the banks of the Seine, the house sits at the end of a private driveway, set back from the street. A peaceful, elegant setting that showcases teams, talents and clients.
The heart of the place: a large open kitchen opening onto a 140 m² leafy garden. Daylight, a 3.30 m ceiling height, generous volumes, seamless indoor/outdoor continuity: an ideal backdrop for food scenes, lifestyle, advertising, web content, interviews, décor, fashion, wellness or brand universes.
One location, several universes: bright living room, entrance under a marquee, open kitchen, garden, wooden pontoon, private drive lined with Parisian street lamps, master suite, children’s bedrooms, vaulted cellar, cinema room, music space with piano and drums, an 11-meter vertical staircase and a graphic landing.
Outside, the garden and the private drive offer ready-to-use sets, by day or by night, in a calm and preserved environment.
Production side, everything is designed to simplify the day: easy access via the Asnières station and Line 13, effortless unloading, parking available nearby, far more affordable than in Paris. Parking is free on weekends and throughout August.
Asnières is a town accustomed to filming. For lunch breaks, we recommend addresses located a few minutes from the house, with varied styles, reasonable budgets and quick service tailored to teams' constraints.

An absolutely stunning place! Villa Alexandra was the perfect setting for our shoot. The venue has everything you need to organize a successful shoot: a great layout of the spaces and a setting that lends itself to photos. The contact with Alexandra was impeccable: responsive, available, and attentive. We were warmly welcomed from start to finish. I would wholeheartedly recommend the venue for all your shoots. We would gladly return there!
Alexandra est une hôte très bienveillante, qui pense à tout et fait tout pour que le tournage se passe bien. La maison est très jolie, elle correspondait en tous points à nos attentes pour ce tournage : pas de mauvaises surprises bien au contraire.

The space is ideal, firstly because of the diversity of the rooms and their sizes (different ceiling heights, converted basement, modern open-plan kitchen...). Secondly, Alexandra is a wonderfully gracious host who will do everything she can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. She was very accommodating before (location scouting), during and after the shoot. I highly recommend her!

Alexandra welcomed us with open arms! The team was very happy to take advantage of the setting. At the height of summer, you can use the garden to set down your technical equipment and take advantage of the space inside for filming. The light entries are excellent too!
