Just a few minutes from Paris, Villa Alexandra is a warm, bright and lively family home, with character and a real personality. Located in Asnières-sur-Seine, town hall district, on the Seine quayside, at the end of a private driveway and away from the street, it offers a calm and preserved setting for shoots, photo sessions, brand campaigns, interviews, lifestyle, food, fashion or decor content. Its strength is its authenticity. Here, nothing has been designed to look like a magazine house. It is a lived-in place, with a story, objects, books, materials, memories and rooms that each have their own identity. That is what gives the image a natural, warm and credible feel. The house lends itself particularly well to brands seeking a genuine universe: family, home, cooking, art of living, childhood, beauty, fashion, well-being, services, technology or everyday products. Across about 170 m², several moods can be exploited without changing location: a bright living room, dining room, large kitchen opening onto the garden, a master suite, children's bedrooms, a vaulted cellar, a cinema room and a music space with piano and drums. The staircase running through the house on several levels and the various landings also offer beautiful perspectives and a variety of shooting angles. Outside, the roughly 140 m² tree-lined garden, the wooden jetty and the private driveway lined with lampposts provide even more possibilities, day or night. An absolutely stunning place! Villa Alexandra was the perfect setting for our shoot. The venue has everything you need to organize a successful shoot: a great layout of the spaces and a setting that lends itself to photos. The contact with Alexandra was impeccable: responsive, available, and attentive. We were warmly welcomed from start to finish. I would wholeheartedly recommend the venue for all your shoots. We would gladly return there!
Alexandra est une hôte très bienveillante, qui pense à tout et fait tout pour que le tournage se passe bien. La maison est très jolie, elle correspondait en tous points à nos attentes pour ce tournage : pas de mauvaises surprises bien au contraire.
Une journée de tournage dans des conditions au top du top ! Espaces variés et surtout assez spacieux. Tout était très propre et très bien rangé, et on avait tout ce qu'il fallait à dispo ! Mention spéciale à l'accueil et à la sympathie d'Alexandre ;)

The space is ideal, firstly because of the diversity of the rooms and their sizes (different ceiling heights, converted basement, modern open-plan kitchen...). Secondly, Alexandra is a wonderfully gracious host who will do everything she can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. She was very accommodating before (location scouting), during and after the shoot. I highly recommend her!

Alexandra welcomed us with open arms! The team was very happy to take advantage of the setting. At the height of summer, you can use the garden to set down your technical equipment and take advantage of the space inside for filming. The light entries are excellent too!
