Located on the Seine waterfront, opposite Levallois and Paris 17, our house is one of the first addresses with a garden to be reached from the capital. With excellent transport links (Asnières station, L13 metro, bus), it combines proximity and tranquility.
The property is distinguished by its variety of settings: bright living room with 3.5 m high ceilings, themed bedrooms, master suite, vaulted cellar, music and cinema room and 140 m² garden with trees.
The wood-panelled kitchen, warm and authentic, is a real living space in its own right.

The space is ideal, firstly because of the diversity of the rooms and their sizes (different ceiling heights, converted basement, modern open-plan kitchen...). Secondly, Alexandra is a wonderfully gracious host who will do everything she can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. She was very accommodating before (location scouting), during and after the shoot. I highly recommend her!

Alexandra welcomed us with open arms! The team was very happy to take advantage of the setting. At the height of summer, you can use the garden to set down your technical equipment and take advantage of the space inside for filming. The light entries are excellent too!
