Upon entering the villa, you will be welcomed by an entry area leading to a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a utility/laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, a separate WC. The living room is elegantly furnished, including two designer sofas, a projector, a coffee table, a storage trunk. You will also find a large table, a bench and armchairs.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an integrated sink, induction hob with an integrated hood, an American-style refrigerator/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a wine cellar as well as storage cabinets and all the utensils you will need.
The villa comprises four spacious bedrooms upstairs: The first bedroom is a suite, it is equipped with a double bed (160 cm), bedside tables, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed (160 cm), bedside tables and a wardrobe. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 cm), bedside tables and a wardrobe. The fourth bedroom is a suite, it offers a double bed (160 cm), a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms have a shared balcony facing SOUTH.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a large bathroom. A separate WC is also on the upper floor.
To enjoy time outdoors, the villa offers a heated pool when the outside temperature reaches at least 20°C, an outdoor kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and a brazier, a large wooden terrace with a table, chairs and garden lounge, and four large sun loungers complete the outdoor spaces.
