Old town house restored in a cozy and cocooning spirit in Lunel located between Nîmes and Montpellier and a few kilometers from the beaches.

We provide you with the kitchen and living room overlooking our courtyard with a sofa area and a dining table, a perfect place for your filming, video clips, advertisements and photo shoots.

The kitchen is fully equipped and at your disposal.

The living room has a pallet sofa, a coffee table, a table with 4 chairs but possibility of seating 6 people, a connected television, a hi-fi system for working with music.... with various CDs available, a vinyl turntable for lovers of vintage sound!!!

All this under a skylight made up of 3 roof windows as well as a bay window overlooking the courtyard decorated with atmospheric lanterns and flowers!!

A pool will be offered for a little dip during the summer season!!
