Easily accessible by the Parmentier, Saint-Maur (line 3) and Ménilmontant (line 2) metro stations, this loft allows you to share the space with a ceramicist and a visual artist, whose workspaces are close but independent.
The main living area of 30 m² features an industrial canteen-style table and a living room with a projector, a sofa and designer armchairs. The kitchen with a central island can be used for coffee, tea, photoshoots and lunches (upon request).
