This exceptional loft offers a unique setting with an unobstructed view of Paris, Fontenay, and the Bois de Vincennes. From the entrance, the “wow” effect is immediate. The main living area, bathed in light, is distinguished by its cathedral ceiling and its exposed IPN structural frame which provides a strong architectural character and a lot of charm.

Oriented east and south, the living space benefits from large windows and French doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the landscape. Natural light is omnipresent throughout the day. The curved walls, signature of the place, soften the whole and create a warm atmosphere, more organic and welcoming than a loft with strict lines.

A very beautiful floating IPN staircase, with a striking architectural design, connects the different levels and forms a strong visual element of the place. Both graphic and minimalist, it also offers great framing and staging possibilities.

Two offices, one on the upper floor and the other at the main level, overlook the living area thanks to large bay windows. These spaces offer multiple framing possibilities, bird’s-eye views, approaches, perspectives through glazing, or compositions on different levels. They can also serve as dressing rooms, technical spaces, or complementary decor.

The open kitchen, with its dark stone countertop, white and minimalist, integrates discreetly into the architecture and leaves all the space to the volume. It can be easily customized according to decoration or staging needs.

The solid oak floor provides a noble material that enhances the quality of the space. The main room is served by a long corridor, ideal for camera movements in tracking shots that progressively reveal the main volume.

The two offices are lit by a skylight and a large window, all equipped with blinds and shutters allowing precise light control. The main room also features exterior anti-sun blinds as well as large opaque curtains for complete ambience control.

A custom bookshelf, painted in Farrow & Ball's "Red Earth" shade, structures the space and adds character. It also allows both minimalist decoration and denser dressing according to needs. Wooden speakers integrated into the decor reinforce the warm atmosphere of the place while providing an elegant sound solution for filming or events.
