Our 400 m2 Loft House is located in a privileged environment, in the heart of the village, in absolute tranquility, in an old farmhouse created by the Génovéfains in the 17th century.

It has 3 levels:

Ground Floor: . A 100m2 living and dining area, with a panoramic wood stove built into a large old fireplace crafted by the Compagnons de France . A glass wine cellar overlooking the modern and sleek kitchen with its bar open to the Living/Dining area . An office, a guest toilet, and a suite complete this level. . A 6-meter high and 4-meter wide glass bay/window opens onto the terrace and garden. The entire ground floor, along with the terrace and garden, will be perfect for your decision-making, informative, creative meetings, etc. (Executive Committee, Board of Directors, Strategic Committee, Brainstorming,...), including or not a breakfast, lunch, and break, accommodating up to 10-12 people.

First Floor: . A suite, a family room, and a small mezzanine office, 1 library corner, . Two bedrooms with dressing room and shared bathroom . A large walkway separating the above two spaces

Second Floor: . A large master suite with dressing room . A large office/living room with a kitchenette (perfect for a discussion meeting - up to 5-6 people) . A large walkway separating the above two spaces

The House is made of stone on the outside, with a 10-meter ceiling height between the living/dining area and the roof ridge, with exposed beams and rafters, large skylights on the roof, and a large glass bay, giving the whole a beautiful brightness and making it a unique place, combining the charm of the old with modernity through its interior architecture (loft) and contemporary decoration.

We can arrange custom meals (simple or more elaborate cuisine, BBQ possible if weather permits), or order fresh sushi for you, or recommend the nearby Golf restaurant. We can also organize a wine and Champagne tasting and/or make food and wine pairings for your custom lunch.

A beautiful Guest House and spa (indoor pool, jacuzzi), with 5 magnificent rooms, located 150 meters from our House, can also accommodate you the night before or to end your meeting (table d'hôte in the evening). Preferential rate through us.

Possibility to take a break / walk in the fields and forest around the House during a break.

For your shoots, the entire Loft House is at your disposal.

Availability is mainly for Fridays. Other days can be arranged together depending on availability.

The entire ground floor with the terrace and garden will be ideal for your decision-making, informative or creative meetings (COMEX, CODIR, Strategic Committee, Brainstorming,...), with or without breakfast, lunch and break, for up to 10-12 people.

A magnificent Maison d'Hôtes and spa (indoor pool, jacuzzi), with 5 magnificent rooms, located 150 meters from our Maison, can also welcome you the evening before or to end your meeting (table d'hôtes in the evening). Preferential rates through us.

For your photo shoots, the entire Maison Loft is at your disposal.

Availability is mainly for Friday. Other days are possible, subject to availability.
