Welcome to our loft located in a charming neighborhood on Belleville hill. We offer you a beautiful, calm and spacious space opening onto a 10m2 terrace. The apartment, on the 2nd floor of an Eiffel-style industrial building, is bathed in light thanks to its 6 x 4m bay windows. Ideal for gathering up to 25 people in a unique and inspiring setting. In the center of the room is a large table (seating 10), a lounge with two sofas and two armchairs (seating 15), a terrace (seating 6).

Equipment available: Wifi/fiber, flipchart and markers, pens and paper, sound system, kitchen equipment.

This venue is perfect for presentations or social events. Ideal for welcoming your customers, guests and colleagues.

The terrace is accessible from the lounge, and is ideal for fresh air or a smoke.

The loft is a 2-minute walk from Pyrénées Metro station (line 11) or a 6-minute walk from Belleville Metro station (line 11 and line 2). Buses 96, 20 and 71 are also a 2-minute walk away.
