We will have the pleasure of renting our apartment to you in the heart of Lille, a perfect location for your fashion, portrait or product photo shoots. \n\nLocated in the Moulins district, 5 minutes walk from the Jean-Baptiste Lebas park and 2 minutes walk from the Porte d'Arras metro station, our apartment offers access to all the necessary amenities (numerous parking spaces, shops, supermarket for your lunch breaks, etc.) while being quiet on the 3rd floor, not directly overlooked. \n\nThanks to its listed facade, our apartment has magnificent wooden arched windows and a high ceiling (3.80m) which give it such a unique character! \n\nThis apartment is bathed in soft light and only faces the foliage of the trees of the square that we overlook. \n\nThese large windows face North-West, which will avoid backlighting while providing plenty of light. \n\nWe also have a small "Parisian-style" balcony. \n\nAs a couple of architects, we completely renovated our apartment ourselves in 2021 with noble materials (Hungary point oak parquet, marbled kitchen worktop, etc.) and focused our decoration like a cabinet of curiosities mixing paintings, sculptures, and primitive art objects. \n\nImposing full-height shelves highlight this compositional work, a perfect setting for elegant and original shots. \n\nA unique place in Lille, with soft lighting and careful decorative elements, for quality visual productions.
