On the outskirts of Nantes, we offer you our large modern house on a verdant 3,500 m² plot.

The 100 m² living area has a 16 m long façade of glass doors facing south. It consists of:

• a large modern kitchen, furnished and equipped, with a 4 m long central granite island;
• a custom-made wine cellar;
• an upright piano;
• a table for 10 guests;
• an open fireplace;
• a living room with 3 sofas;
• a The Frame TV;
• a projector and a large screen.

On the ground floor, the house also has:

• a back kitchen;
• a toilet;
• a 30 m² master suite (with its bathroom, its toilet and its dressing room);
• a large private study.

Upstairs, the house has:

• 4 large bedrooms;
• a bathroom and a shower room;
• a toilet.

Outside, the garden is wooded with a small stream running along the entire plot. A large private and independent garage at the entrance of the plot. Many vehicles can be parked on the property.

A vegetable garden is at the entrance of the house.

To the south, in front of the glass doors, there is a large terrace of about 100 m² with:

• an outdoor kitchen with sink, plancha, BBQ;
• 2 large tables for 16 people;
• a 4 m by 10 m pool;
• an outdoor lounge under a pergola. In front of the terrace, a large lawn area allows many outdoor activities.

We live in this house but we can easily leave it available for a day or for a few days.
