Large halls able to accommodate vehicles, offices, and a rooftop

This set located at the gates of Paris features a large covered hangar of over 2,000 m², with a height under the skylight of 8.90 m, capable of accommodating tall vehicles thanks to a very wide glass door. A second hangar of 500 m², equipped with the same type of door, is also available. A professional kitchen is on site, enabling catering for the teams.

On the second floor, a large open space includes: – a lounge area, – a photography studio space, – a bright, daylight-filled fitness room, cross-light, with large windows on both sides.

At the back of the set, a room with a raw concrete ceiling can also be made available. On the third floor, an open space can serve as a backdrop for meeting rooms or various professional uses.

Beyond that, an administrative area consists of a landing, a meeting room and several offices with bay windows.

Finally, on the top level, accessible by an external staircase, a rooftop offering a 360° panoramic view completes this venue with multiple filming possibilities.
