The Glass Roof

The building hosts more than 80 residents from the cultural and creative field, about twenty associations using the spaces for diverse activities, and runs an artistic and cultural program within multi-purpose spaces and a 2,000 m² garden. The diversity of spaces available for rent offers the possibility to host multiple private events: shoots, creative residencies, filming, etc. A secret and emblematic space, the interior glass roof remains prized for its distinctive architectural character and captivating aesthetics. Located on the building's first floor, it is adorned with stained glass windows held by metal structures that allow natural light to enter.
